About Doobie DUKE SIMS

     Doobie Duke Sims is a Brooklyn native who started his musical career in New York’s public schools. As a young musical prodigy he started playing the Saxophone from 3rd grade to 9th grade, at which point life events forced him drop out of school but music became his refuge. He began playing the guitar, writing songs, playing shows, and spending time in recording studios where he met his friends, which in 2008 became Shinobi Ninja . 

    As the lead singer of the rock band Shinobi Ninja, his music has been featured in NBA 2K12 , Movies (Marlon Wayan's A Haunted House 2), TV Shows (The Killing, Spike Lee's She's Gotta Have It) & Magazines. He is also a Music Producer, Songwriter, Audio Engineer, Music Video Director, Mix Media Artist, Fashion Designer & plays all instruments. He has played Festivals like Bonnaroo, Summerfest, Afropunk, & SXSW. 

In 2022 he officially started the clothing brand Snow Milk. In 2023 he was featured by CNBC as an upcoming burgeoning Fashion Designer.
